Embassy By The Sea Condos will have 120 condos, half with panoramic ocean views. There will be 2 models of condos to choose from: 1) 2 Bedroom/2 bath room model; 2) 1 Bedroom/1 bath room model.

Once a resident becomes fully acclimated to our satisfaction, they’ll be offered a CU gold-membership and will enjoy all that’s offered here without having to be on a waitlist.

The Embassy Residents will enjoy the convenience of Carieliin University on the main of the building. Some courses will offer discount prices for gold-member residents.

Once you’re ready, socializing is a big part of the schedule here. Come to the Meet and Greet and find like -minded people who will join you at CU, yoga classes and at the Embassy Spa or Restaurant.

The Embassy Restaurant will offer Gold-members meal plans on a sliding scale basis and offer entertainment provided by CU’s Performing Arts Department.

CU’s School of Massage students will offer new Embassy residents’ free massages in their condos, when you make reservations on a 1st come, 1st service basis, and then all those who want to participate will be put on a fair rotational schedule.

In addition, Gold-members will receive discounts on CTS passes for a nearby train stop.
