Embassy By The Sea Suites will have 120 suites, standard and deluxe. Deluxe will have panoramic ocean views.

Once a resident becomes fully acclimated to our satisfaction, they’ll be offered a CU gold-membership and will enjoy all that’s offered here, including meal plans, without having to be on a waitlist.

The Embassy Guests will enjoy the convenience of Carieliin University on the main of the building. Some courses will offer discount prices for gold-member residents.

Once you’re ready, socializing is a big part of the schedule here. Come to the Meet and Greet and find like -minded people who will join you at CU, yoga classes and at the Embassy Spa or Restaurant.

CU’s School of Massage will offer new Embassy Guest massages in their suites, when you make reservations on a 1st come, 1st service basis.

In addition, Gold-members will receive discounts on CTS passes for a nearby train stop.
